湖南卫视2012年度首个大型活动——全国首档音乐挑战类大型公益节目。湖南卫视两大顶级主持天王何炅、春暖汪涵再度联手出击。“明星 草根‘1 1’自由组合”的全新挑战模式；“颠覆原唱、春暖寻找新声”的全新挑战内容；“为爱而唱，为慈善而战”的全新挑战目的。参与节目的共6位明星选手及12位草根选手，以唱歌的特色来分成高调队和低调队每期进行3轮演唱比拼，分别获得场外观众募捐。每队场外加场内的善款总额为其成绩，募集善款多的一方获胜。
