回复 :1980年代，离家36年的张汉元（夏宗佑 饰）思乡心切，“借”来妻子区玉芬（向梅 饰）从台湾回来探亲，恰巧接站的竟是张当年的恋人林梦芸（张文蓉 饰）和女儿巧巧（沈敏 饰）。张父（高博 饰）对儿子的到来即高兴又惭愧，当年正是他阻拦了儿子与梦芸的婚事。张母（路珊 饰）和汉元互赠了相聚礼物，物是人非，梦芸拉巧巧离去。从父亲口中得知，梦芸是获过“南丁格尔奖”的优秀护士长，丈夫已于多年前去世，现养孙念慈（张晓林 饰）正与巧巧谈恋爱。目睹一家人的大团圆，假儿媳区玉芬常感尴尬不安。音乐会散场后，梦芸与汉元携手回想往事，感慨万千，但每当想起汉元己经结婚，梦芸立刻变得象另外一个人。该不该说出真相呢......
