《阿优之兔智来了2》的故事延续《阿优之神奇萝卜》系列，福利故事讲述的是阿U和他的小伙伴们看守的那颗巨大的超级萝卜有天突然变小了，福利博士怀疑是巨石阵的土壤含有某种只对大萝卜有作用的特殊物质，而现在这些物质已经受到了破坏，大萝卜得不到营养开始萎缩。博士推测萝卜岛周围的岛屿上一定还有同样的土壤，可以让大萝卜恢复原状。孩子们主动要求承担这个寻找土壤的任务，为了帮助大家，博士送来一只名叫兔智的机器人，它不仅智慧超群，还拥有各种能力，在保护萝卜的过程中发挥了重要作用。但是兔菲依旧不放弃自己的梦想，他带领手下跳跳和甩耳开着飞行器一路跟随阿U他们，发誓要得到超级萝卜。
