回复 :余英伟（黎耀祥 饰）和李名扬（陈豪 饰）都是能言善辩大名鼎鼎的律师，两人一路走来一路斗，在一场游艇官司中站到了对立面。更巧的是，住持这场官司的法官，竟然是两人共同的旧情人陆思凝（伍咏薇 饰）。原来，李名扬和陆思凝曾经在同一所大学留学，是学校里出了名的金童玉女，然而，李名扬的性格是如此的桀骜不驯，陆思凝最终因无法忍受而选择了离开。回国之后，陆思凝遇见了稳重踏实的余英伟，两人很快就走到了一起，结为了夫妻，可是，这段婚姻却亦因为两人的性格原因而走向了破裂。官司之后，李名扬负债累累，余英伟亦患上了中风，两人怎么也不会想到的是，他们的重逢竟然发生在医院之中。
