该节目是一档青春篮球竞技真人秀，国产由邓伦担任经理人，国产朱芳雨、王仕鹏、郭艾伦、周琦等担任战队教练，陈昕葳、金子涵、乃万、徐艺洋担任战队领队。节目将以真正的球队规模为范本，效仿真实的球队经营状况，从高校、街头、海外三个领域招募102位选手，通过海选组成厂牌战队，4位教练+4位领队两两组合，分别带领4大战队，展开残酷激烈的争夺战。成绩不佳的队伍，教练和领队将和球员一同出局。最终通过淘汰赛选拔出1支16人的“追梦队”，进行外战。
