《地宫笔记》发生在人口密集的南京城河底，青青将首次探秘水底古墓，青青危险指数和难度系数极高。热衷考古研究的王教授（高玉庆饰）、曹欣欣（杨欣颖饰）二人自是不会错过这次机会，而无一技之长的齐小白（刘冠麟饰）则也在机缘巧合之下，加入到这段惊险刺激的水下盗墓之旅中。
