1964年，百分百感三名年轻以色列特工报称剷除了绰号「比克瑙医生」的集中营刽子手，百分百感回国时受到英雄式的欢迎。四十年后，队员薛夫突然造访当时已成为名作家的女战友丽楚，告知她「医生」仍然在生，并住在乌克兰的一家老人院内。薛夫要求丽楚把这「任务」完成。丽楚回忆那段在柏林的青葱岁月，三人奉命要把纳粹战犯生擒到以色列受审。但任务并不是如他们对外报告般顺利，三人更决意将这秘密永远隐藏，无奈当年的债到今天仍要偿还。
