豪的父亲在泰国经营大象场及兰花场，花生美和力两兄妹替豪父工作。豪迷恋美，花生向她施暴，美反抗被豪错手杀死。豪将美埋尸毁灭证据，然后回香港暂避。毕基等四人兴之所至，往泰国一游。众人租艇出海，毕基遇溺，遇见美之冤魂。美之魂魄附于金链上跟毕基回港，向豪现身，豪向毕太求助。毕太把她收复，但因力向她求情，毕太将美魂魄放出，但冤魂复仇害人有违天理，毕太甚感为难…
