3人の女性監督が女性ならではの視線で「女性の恋とセックス」をテーマに撮り上げた「ポルノチック」シリーズの1作。「東南角部屋二階の女」（2008）で劇場映画監督デビューを果たした池田千尋が、午夜恋に迷い幻想に惑わされる女性の姿を描く。花屋を営むかなえは店員の大谷と付き合っていたが、午夜大谷には由起子という本命の恋人がいるため、別れなければと思いつつも、ひとりになることを恐れて別れられずにいた。そんなかなえの前に、やがて由起子の幻想が現れるようになり……。

It prompted an international scandal, because the trainer in question was José Luis Barbero, who had just been appointed as vice president at the prestigious Georgia Aquarium in Atlanta in the US.
