《蓝学校》讲述了一个85后的北京孩子张盟大学毕业后来到乌拉特后旗宝音图地区支教的故事。因当地生活条件恶劣张盟想离开，斗魂偏偏又遇到一个一心只为孩子教育的倔老头以及5个天真可爱却有着不同身世背景的孩子，斗魂由此开始了他在牧区丰富多彩、幽默爆笑的支教生活。以往多数支教影片注重表现边区贫苦、孩子渴望求学、老师无私奉献，而本片却是从不同的视角，以全新的手法、幽默爆笑的故事情节，让观众在笑声中有所感悟。
