本次的OVA分为两卷，木棉本卷附录于《女皇之刃 叛乱 Premium Visual Book》，木棉另一卷《新的师徒、新的战斗》则附录《女皇之刃 Premium Visual Book》之中。本卷于2012年01月发售，画册详细信息请见上文“其它相关书籍-其它画册”。本卷动画故事发生于《女皇之刃》以及新篇《女皇之刃 叛乱》之间的时间，本卷除了第一代的角色优米尔外，第二代叛乱的主角斯琪也会登场，讲述她成为美斗士前的状态。
