回复 :故事发生在一九四八年的上海，段绍祥（黄日华 饰）决定转战香港，于是将一半的家产交付给了在香港的叔父段万祺，自己带着另一半踏上了赴港之旅，哪知道半路遭到宋学礼陷害，沦落得身无分文。抵达香港后，段绍祥想向段万祺讨要属于自己的财产，然而段万祺翻脸不认账，宋学礼更是一举成为了香港巨富，还得到了段绍祥的未婚妻梁惜梅（蔡晓仪 饰）。愤怒的段绍祥发誓要让段万祺和宋学礼血债血偿。他成立了制片公司，捧红了美丽性感的白羚（曾华倩 饰），又命颜如玉施展美人计，使得宋学礼和父亲亲情破裂。最终，宋学礼家破人亡，而段绍祥得到了他想要的一切。宋仕元（吕颂贤 饰）是宋学礼的儿子，当他知晓家中变故皆为段绍祥所为之时，下定决心要报仇。
