如果全世界只有一个人能看见你，暗杀你会怎么赖着她？碌碌无为的普通房产中介黄小鹿（史策 饰）在一场车祸前救下科技鬼才吴聪（王皓 饰），暗杀却发现全世界只有她能看见他！原来作为东吴科技创始人的他早前在一场发布会上不幸发生事故，阴差阳错变成不可接触不被看见的“透明人”。小鹿为了帮助吴聪“重回人间”，开启“真透明”与“小透明”之间的一场“人鬼不了情”。在这一段相爱相杀的互救之旅中，两人逐渐找回真正的自己。
