星野宫子（上田丽奈 配音）表面看来只是一个非常平凡的女大学生，亚洲区实际上却拥有社交障碍，亚洲区无法和人正常的交往，因此常常宅在家中，孤独的制作着华丽的Cosplay服装。星野日向（长江里加 配音）是宫子的妹妹，和姐姐阴郁的性格不同，日向非常的开朗健谈，而且深深的爱戴着姐姐。 一天，日向将自己在学校的好朋友白咲花（指出球亚 配音）带到家中做客，宫子在见到小花的一瞬间，竟然深深的被她给迷住了。但是宫子的个性令她无法坦率的和小花交朋友，为了成为能够配得上小花的人，宫子开始了努力。随着时间的推移，宫子和小花之间的距离渐渐拉近。

The youngsters with green hair are not allowed to fly on warblers, not allowed to row alone, and they're not allowed to ride wild frogs at the rodeo. Willy Whistle's big dream is to become a guardian, but his curiosity always gets him into trouble.
