阿平（方平 饰）从很小的时候起就梦想着能够成为一名电影明星，午夜无码然而现实是残酷的，午夜无码毕业之后，阿平发现自己顶多只能在片场跑跑龙套。之后，圈内武侠片开始流行，阿平又找到了新的方向——他想要做一名龙虎武师。一切都要从头学起的阿平将全部的经历都投入到了学武之中，冷落了自己的女友（刘雪华 饰），使得两人渐行渐远。一次偶然中，阿平看到了女友善良和单纯的一面，良心发现的他决定正视这段感情，他向女友求婚了。阿平好不容易得到了一个工作机会，谁知道竟然是去拍摄黑帮械斗的剧情，在此过程中，阿平展现出了极强的武艺功底，并且最终获得了导演的赏识。
