本片根据贝冢结核病灵异医院恐怖事件改编。在一所结核病医学院附属医院，离婚患严重结核病而死的病人较多，离婚而死后的尸体多数都被送到该医学院做实验，医学院的解剖室更是亡灵的聚集地，阴气甚重，这里不断有各种恐怖灵异事件发生。只要午夜在灵异解剖室作业的人均会遇到各种恐怖事件。此医学院学生林宇为了赶课题研究进度，深夜还在恐怖解剖室实验。之后，各种灵异事件接连上演：某个门窗被封死的房间内总能听到脚步声；在解剖室里经常会听到一个成年男子的声音，却不见其人；林宇几位室友也仿佛身陷咒语：有人刹车莫名失灵；有人无故坠楼；有人莫明晕倒，醒来时却发现自己在解剖室；解剖室里被解剖的尸体深夜自己坐起……这所医学院的灵异传闻逐渐浮出水面，极度恐惧笼罩了每个人的心头……
