1933年上海，无码黑龙会的日野上人欲建设一支邪恶部队，无码通过易容幻术培养出幻化的东洋法师安倍晴明法师忌罗送信来到至上海，结识了和尚虚净。二人被陷害入狱，在狱中结识混混二龙。晴明为强大自身实力，欲收服化为舞女九夜的九尾狐，谁知九夜以一己之力便击败了晴明派去的日本邪恶小队。晴明在雪姬的帮助下得到杀生石，设计抓住九夜，强大自己的力量。二龙求救于忌罗、虚净二人，虚净设坛作法与之隔空抗衡。
