这是一部以真人真事为基础改编的实验电影，不卡播放讲述一个上海大公司女白领和大理本地男人相恋又错过的爱情故事。故事由女主角的第一视角展开，不卡播放在她的意识流动中，往事与当下、目的地和远方、生与死……一切都亦真亦幻。这似曾相识的感觉，是记忆还是幻觉？是梦境还是真实？也许正如三毛所说——“爱情有如佛家的禅，不可说、不可说，一说便是错”。影片多维叙事，在剧情中插入纪实采访段落，期望引发观众对爱情的思考。编导演等主创人员都是在大理本地定居的街坊邻里，出演本片的非职业演员都是第一次演戏，本片也是导演的第一部电影长片处女作。
