《害怕你就输了》是一部全新的动作类喜剧竞赛节目，乱人伦比赛规则非常简单，乱人伦那就是：不要害怕。这部剧集拍摄地为爱尔兰山区的一座偏远农场，无知无畏的参赛选手们齐聚于此，通过三场残酷的比赛来测试自己的胆量。如果他们害怕退缩了，就将给自己以及选择他们在比赛中代表自己的主持人带来“痛苦”的后果。
