由爱奇艺与米未联合出品的说话达人秀节目。10月31日起，每周四、六晚8:00点在爱奇艺播出。新的一季全面升级为蔡康永、薛兆丰、罗振宇、李诞四位导师带队比拼的形式，本季节目集结了近60位来自各行各业善于表达的年轻人，包括前几季的bbking和老奇葩都将重新经历海选，接受强势来袭的新奇葩们的挑战，可以说“舞台上没有一个人是安全的”，节目沿用“辩论”的基本形式，针对普罗大众生活中的真实困境、人生问题进行充分讨论、勇敢阐述，将为观众带来更加紧张刺激的对抗玩法，呈现更多元包容的思辨内容。
