在国内屈指可数的大型商社实友商事的员工旅行中，情深杀人事件意外发生。以部长被杀害为契机，情深该公司隐瞒至今的内部积弊无意间被公之于众。波瑠饰演的是主人公的场郁子，性格朴素阴郁但工作能力强。郁子对事件产生兴趣开始独自调查，但不久却反被警察盯上。木村佳乃饰演在旅行中目击了部长的不伦现场，在SNS的私密日记中独自进行案件推理的课长三上田鹤子。
