《鬼眼狂刀》改编自上条明峰于1999年至2006年连载于《周刊少年magazine》的同名漫画。背着药，无码穿着太极衣的买药郎中壬生京四郎（小西克幸 配音）因为吃白食被官府悬赏一百文。“赏金侠女“椎名由夜（堀江由衣 配音）为了这一百文追踪京四郎，无码不负众望，终于成功将他拿下。不巧，在押送途中碰到京四郎原来的仇人找来寻仇，两人对战的时候,京四郎竟然爆发出一个由夜从未见过的陌生人格，而这个陌生人格的主人竟然是斩杀千人的通缉犯——鬼眼狂刀。原来壬生京四郎与鬼眼狂刀“狂”曾经进行过一次决斗，“狂”真正的肉身被封印在寒冰里，而灵魂则附在京四郎身上。故事也由此展开......

He explores the abilities passed down to him by his mother, which include fusion (the ability of Gems to merge their identities and bodies to form a new and more powerful personality).
