回复 :解放初期，云南德宏地区帮独寨的景颇族姑娘黛诺从小失去父母，成为早昆山官的家奴，日夜为山官干活，受尽折磨。黛诺长大后，早昆山官要以九头牛的代价把她卖给勒乱做媳妇。黛诺不从，早昆山官把她捆在树上打得遍体鳞伤，但她毫不屈服，磨断绳索，乘机逃到山下。下山后黛诺蜷伏在傣族人的竹篱下，举目无亲，无路可走。在茫然之中，黛诺看到一辆辆解放军军车驶过，心中豁然开朗。她偷偷躲在汽车里，随车来到解放军驻地医院。医院李医生把她收留下来。黛诺受尽封建山官制度折磨，来到解放军这个大家庭中，第一次受到尊重，第一次感受到阶级友爱的温暖。在李医生和同志们的帮助下，她逐渐懂得了革命的道理。工作组来到景颇族的帮独寨，帮助景颇族人民进行土地改革。早昆山官表面上接受改造，暗地里破坏景颇族和解放军的关系，造谣说黛诺是解放军抢走的，使寨子里的人们不敢接近工作组。文帅老爹的孙子勒丁和黛诺一起长大，感情很好，勒丁听了谣言，信以为真也不相信工作组。工作组在队长王达和李医生的领导下，认真贯彻党的民族政策，以实际行动改变了景颇人的看法。李医生给董木娜的孩子看病，和寨上的受苦人一起参加劳动。不久，黛诺从医院学习回到山寨，刚到山寨就被早昆山官捆了起来，山官准备将她打死。李医生及时赶到，砍断绳索，警告早昆山官今后不许他再打骂群众、随便派工派租，欺压群众。这件事工作组给群众撑了腰，群众开始相信工作组，再也不怕早昆山官了。为与早昆山官进行斗争，山寨成立了生产组，黛诺被选为组长。生产组在黛诺和文帅老爹的领导与带领下，开田种稻，改变了当地刀耕火种的方法。早昆山官为维护自己的利益，利用迷信，阻止开田，破坏生产组。黛诺带领群众与之斗争。早昆见捣乱未成，又进行抢婚，指使勒乱把黛诺抢走，并借机煽动帮独寨和弄岗寨打冤家。李医生揭露了敌人的阴谋，弄岗寨的早扎山官和群众制止了勒乱的抢婚行为，并且把黛诺交给帮独寨，使两寨完满地解决了纠纷。早昆山官的阴谋，被群众当场揭露。王达同志最后宣布，政府决定彻底废除山官制度，在各村寨进行基层选举。帮独寨经过选举，建立了村政府，黛诺被选为村长。
